Membership & Play Pass Guidelines

  • Record the Children’s/Child’s name on Page 2. You can also record the giver if it’s a gift (ex. from Grandma).

  • We will send you a receipt immediately & Gift Certificate when required by email within 1 day. Check your junk/spam folders if you have a Hotmail address and add info@playawaylondon.ca to your contact list. We only send you emails about your purchases.

  • Play Passes and Memberships are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury or change of circumstances such as moving, but may be able to be transferred to another child.

  • Children’s ID such as a health card may be required.

  • Memberships allow in and out privileges. Play passes are Stay & Play only.

  • Failure to abide by our playground rules can result in termination of your pass without refund.
